I and many other people are concerned that you have faced cruelty when you needed care and compassion. I am aware that the police have taken action, and you are facing a criminal trial. The law really needs to be brought into the 21st century. You did nothing wrong, it’s those who are rolling back women’s rights who are the real criminals. I stand with you, and will keep fighting for as long as it takes until we secure reproductive freedom and access to healthcare.

I’m sorry this is happening to you, it’s wrong and archaic. It’s bad enough that the police should be involved in a woman’s healthcare but that the very people who should be helping you behave in such a way is appalling.
